A bright and versatile 1,100 sq. ft. creative studio located on the third floor of a refurbished commercial studio building.

The location includes a 750 sq. ft. open-plan main studio and an additional 350 sq. ft. reception, office and breakout area. The main room features white walls, a practical painted floor, natural daylight, UV lighting and a flexible open layout that can be adapted for filming, photography, interviews, adverts, television productions, editorial shoots and branded content.

The space has a colourful, creative character but can also be dressed or rearranged to suit different visual concepts. The walls may be painted for approved backdrops, sets or installations, subject to prior agreement and reinstatement after the shoot.

Facilities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, multiple standard UK power sockets, Bluetooth speakers, a large double sink, tea and coffee facilities, toilets, showers, changing facilities and lift access.

The studio can accommodate approximately 20 people seated or 25 standing. One or two courtyard parking spaces may be available by prior arrangement, with additional street parking nearby.
