A 7,400 sq ft training centre. It's a space purpose-built for education, demonstration and serious industry events. The space was designed from the ground up for professional work, whether that's for seminars, a video podcast environment that that is fitting to the content or a photo and film shoot.

The space operates as a clean, neutral environment that can be adapted to suit the visual direction of a shoot. While fully functional as a strength facility, it can also be treated as a blank canvas. Walls can be repainted, branding can be installed, equipment can be repositioned or removed, and temporary set builds can be accommodated where required. The location is suitable for everything from single-operator social media shoots through to fully crewed commercial productions. A 12,000 square foot private parking area allows for production vehicles, lighting and grip trucks, catering units and support crew. Access and movement can be coordinated to align with filming schedules and turnaround requirements.

Unlike commercial gyms, the space offers privacy, layout control and scheduling flexibility. It is not a public facility.
